This occurs naturally when milk is lightly homogenized. Maple Hill Cream On Top grass fed whole milk yogurt has a distinct flavor which changes throughout the year, with more noticeable grass notes in the spring and summer and a thicker creamline layer in winter due to the shift to cows eating mostly baleage and hay.
